conVISUAL now offers some of Hollywood's greatest movie scenes on mobile phones, providing network operators, handset manufacturers and media companies with valuable mobile content for UMTS services, including key scenes from blockbusters like "Back To The Future", "Terminator 2" or "American Pie".

The new generation of UMTS handsets, available since last Christmas, demands a new quality of content to make this new technology attractive for users. Recently, conVISUAL has acquired international licenses for Hollywood blockbusters to highlight the advantages of UMTS. This enables network operators, handset manufacturers and media companies to offer this very attractive mobile content, and to use it for "high visibility" marketing campaigns.

Users of UMTS handsets, e.g. Nokia 6630, Samsung Z110 or Motorola E1000, will be able to load key scenes from the most successful movies of the last decades, as video clips, to their mobile phones. conVISUAL also makes the movie content available, for users of handsets which are not video-enabled, and additionally, offers wallpapers, screensavers, ring back tones, and real sounds excerpted from the movie clips. The list of movies includes comedies, such as "American Pie" and "Dumb And Dumber", action films such as "Terminator 2" and "Jurassic Park" as well as the cult films "E.T.", "Jaws" and "Back to the Future", to name but a few.

SingTel, the leading network operator group in APAC, and several other international network operators, device manufacturers and media companies will be launching conVISUAL's "movie content" in Q1 2005. conVISUAL is the first company to offer a significant portfolio of "movie content" from the big Hollywood movie studios to the mobile markets. Dr. Thomas Wolf, CEO of conVISUAL said: "Exciting Hollywood movie content like ours will give an important "kick-start" to the nascent UMTS market. It will also provide momentum to the market and make our customers more competitive".
