UMTS phone from Samsung weighs in at only 95 grams. In fact, it is the first ever UMTS mobile phone to weigh less than 100 grams. Above all, the stylish, black and silver clamshell phone is distinguished by its first-rate features. The Samsung Z500V has a high-resolution, one megapixel digital camera, an integrated MP3 player, memory extension and a bluetooth interface. Gone are the times when third-generation mobile phones were described as 'heavy boned': the Samsung Z500V only weighs 95 grams and is 9 x 4.5 x 2.5 centimetres in size. It is difficult to distinguish between the Z500V and the smallest GSM models, which makes it the most compact and lightweight UMTS phone on the market. The space-saving antenna is integrated in the clamshell design. This compact UMTS phone also incorporates all the features that private and business users expect of a first-rate mobile, and all UMTS-based functions such as videotelephony mobile TV and music file playback in MP3 quality for even more mobile communication fun.

The elegant phone has two integrated cameras: a digital camera with a resolution of 1152 x 864 pixels, a zoom with a double speed function for photos and videos and another camera for videotelephony via UMTS.
