SUNDAY Communications Ltd. and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. announced Heads of Agreement for the supply of 3G Billing solution on August 22, 2004.

In the bidding process, participants include domestic vendors like Huawei as well as other world leading billing solution providers from Europe and America such as PORTAL, AMDOCS, and CONVERGYS. Huawei outperformed all of them and won this Billing project because of its better understanding of the customer's needs, more desirable solution designs and more competitive products.

According to the requirements, Huawei will supply a total 3G Billing solution to help SUNDAY to bill a variety of services over a 3G network combining voice and data, prepaid service and postpaid service. The contracted system includes 18 subsystems like Mediation, Rating, Billing, PRM and CRM.
