Motorola has unveiled the Razr HD smartphone in Brazil. Powered by Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), the Razr HD features a 4.7-inch HD display, dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, 8-megapixel camera and NFC technology. Manufactured locally, the device will be available during the fourth quarter from Claro for BRL1,999 (US$762) for prepaid customers and BRL999 on the Unlimited 400 plan.
