Motorola has added three new Android LTE devices to its RAZR smartphone line: the Motorola RAZR M, the Motorola RAZR HD and the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX. The Motorola RAZR M is available immediately exclusively from Verizon Wireless at US$99.99. The Motorola RAZR HD, which features a 4.7-inch HD display, and the DROID RAZR MAXX HD will be available before the end of the year.
