Huawei has completed a multi-mode, LTE to GSM ANR (Automatic Neighbour Relations) IOT (Interoperability Test). Based on 3GPP R9 standards, Huawei’s LTE-to-GSM ANR IOT reduces manual configuration for neighbour relations by 90%, improves handover success rate and reduces network management and optimization costs for operators. Multi-mode ANR, which supports the automatic management and optimization of neighbour relations for networks featuring multiple modes and layers, is a key feature of Huawei’s SingleSON solution. Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, today announced the completion of a breakthrough multi-mode LTE to GSM Automatic Neighbor Relations (ANR) Interoperability Test (IOT). Based on 3GPP R9 standards, Huawei’s LTE to GSM ANR IOT reduces manual configuration for neighbor relations by ninety percent, improves handover success rates, and decreases network management and optimization costs for operators.
