Vodafone and 3 Ireland secure FA Premier League rights |

3 Ireland and Vodafone Ireland today announce that they have jointly secured the FA Premier League mobile rights in a three-season deal. Starting with the 2004/'05 season and running through to the 2006/'07 season, the rights will give both Vodafone and 3 customers in Ireland access, via their mobile, to all 380 FA Premier League matches each season.
The revised rights package enables Vodafone Ireland and 3 Ireland to offer customers a number of mobile services including exclusive video match highlights, previews and, Premiership round-ups as well as other services including audio bulletins, 'near-live' picture messages and match scores.

Our customers love being able to watch the latest action from the FA Premier League and this agreement ensures that 3 Ireland's customers will be able to share in that enjoyment."
