Hutchison 3G Ireland, the winner of one of Ireland's 3G mobile phone licences last year, has announced that its network is now live and that it is offering its key corporate partners access to its services in Dublin. The services currently include video mobile calling and a range of content.

The network, which is currently limited to certain parts of Dublin, is being rolled out by Esat BT under an outsourcing contract. Hutchison 3G Ireland expects to be able to make 3G services available to the wider public within the next year.
