Whether you are "twittering" while on vacation in Croatia or request
current production data via a mobile network from Hong Kong: the five
new Smart Traveller options allow Deutsche Telekom customers to make
great savings when accessing the Internet and corporate network from
anywhere in the world. The costs for data roaming based on the free
Smart Traveller option are now 60 to 80 per cent lower, thanks to the
new offers for smartphones such as iPhone, BlackBerry or Android-based
cell phones. The Laptop DayPass T-Mobile USA even allows customers to
make savings of 95 per cent.
The new Smart Traveller offers will be available from June 3, 2010
for private and business customers. Together with the Smart Traveller
options web'n'walk Roaming DayPass and web'n'walk Roaming DayPass Asia,
these new options account for a clear and transparent portfolio:
Smartphone as well as notebook users can now quickly find the offer
that suits them best - regardless of whether they are traveling in
Europe, the United States or Asia. Customers who surf on their cell
phone can now for the first time choose between three, flexibly bookable
24-hour options. In addition to this, a four-week offer is also
available for European countries.
The Smart Traveller portfolio now comprises a total of seven

megabyte.
The Europe options can only be used in 37 countries, the USA options
apply only in the mobile network of T-Mobile USA. The Asia option is
valid for China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Russia in all
