SmarTone Macau, a subsidiary of SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited, today announced the award of the sole network solution provider contract for its 2G and 3G mobile networks to Nokia Siemens Networks, following the winning of a 3G licence in September this year.

SmarTone Macau plans to launch its 3G services not later than the second half of 2010.
