WLL - Wireless Local Loop

Acronym WLL  Term Wireless Local Loop    Description Telephone system connecting subscribers to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) using radio signals rather than copper wire for part or all of the connection between the subscriber and the switch. Includes cordless systems, proprietary fixed radio access and fixed cellular systems.
