| NTT DoCoMo Begins Super 3G Experiment NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that this month it began testing an experimental Super 3G system for mobile communications. With this experiment, DoCoMo will seek to achieve a downlink transmission rate of 300Mbps over a high-speed wireless network. |

| NTT DoCoMo to Support AT&T's 3G Network Deployment in Hawaii NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that on July 11 (local time) it agreed with the wireless unit of AT&T Inc., the largest mobile operator in the U.S., under which DoCoMo will provide technical and financial support of up to US$24 million for the deployment of AT&T's third-generation (3G) mobile phone network in the U.S. state of Hawaii. |
